Nickname/Alias: The Eburnean Beast

Physical Attributes: The fur on Rios' body is white while his mane and the much thicker fur around his neck sports a much darker, ashen grey color with dark brown markings, a trait that many of his race shares. However, unlike other males of his race, Rios let's his mane grow to such as startlingly long and dangerous length, stating that it is beneficial for him during combat as it obstructs anyone from completely getting him from behind or getting at his neck. He has yellow irises with black slit-like pupils; the sclera of his eyes is almost never seen, two long horns juts out of his head with the one on the right having two gold rings and the one on left having only one. He also has a very prominent scar on his muzzle and a much larger but slightly faded one that runs across the left side of his chest down to his the right side of his hip. He has two markings on his left arm that seems to be related to his home planet. He stands at around 8 1/2 feet tall, a little over the average height of his kind and his musculature does not evoke that of a weakling's. His mechanical right arm is also worth mentioning.

Character background/history: The ‘Santermo’, named after the very first captain, is a ship passed onto anyone that can ever be given the title as its captain. Rios is a third generation space pirate born and raised in that very ship. Having pried the control of it from his predecessor after a grueling duel that resulted in the death of his predecessor, he gathered each and every member of the late captain’s crew (save for the few whom included the cooks and the engineers that maintained working order on the ship), left them in a barren and empty wasteland of a planet, spread them out and told each and every one of them that, if they wished to return to the ship, they would have to massacre anyone that they would come across. May it be a former comrade.

To emphasize how serious he was, he preceded tear apart anyone that tried to board the Santermo, stating that only the strong shall pass and that the weak will perish.

Given no choice in the matter, three out of thirty of the crew attacked, surprising even Rios at their ferocity and mercilessness. One by one, bodies began to hit the floor as Rios, together with the few he’s spared, stood and watched the three from the deck of the Santermo.

Twenty-seven out of thirty had died then, the three that remained, continued to duke it out against each other for four continuous cycles, devouring and cannibalizing the bodies of their murdered ex-comrades for nourishment.

And still no winner was in sight.

By the fifth cycle, Rios decided that it was time to put an end to their fight, welcoming them back into the ship and ordering the cooks to prepare a feast that would satisfy the three.

It is unknown up to this day as to why he did what he’s done, but because of that incident, those who’ve heard have come to fear him for they know that he’s cruel enough to kill even his own crew if it means he could have whatever it is that he’s set his eyes upon.
